Ten days work for three of us in the centre of Amsterdam at the Amstelkring Museum, (Our Lord in the Attic, 17 century museum church). Rush matting was documented as the original covering over the wooden floors, and reinstated after a wonderful restoration lasting some two years. Long runs of matting, a lot of sewing, and hauling rolls of matting up steep, winding stairs. Lots of labels and plans successfully made sense of a sixteen foot trailer load of pieces, and rolls of matting driven out to Amsterdam.

The photos are of the fifth floor gallery, and looking down from there at the altar and into the chancel.

I would like to thank you for the efforts you had made for writing this awesome article. wood flooring nyc
